More flexibility in digital asset management

Thanks to the integration of pixx.io, ATAMYA now offers even more flexibility in the management of digital media. In addition to footage.one, this provides another powerful solution for efficiently organizing assets and seamlessly integrating them into work processes.

More precise search results

New individual search filter options for yes/no and selection features make the search more targeted and relevant. This improves navigation and enables more efficient data analysis.

Automated document creation

Another new feature is the integration of brix for automated document creation. Standardized data sheets can be generated directly from business objects and exported as PDFs with just a few clicks. The use of predefined templates eliminates the need for time-consuming manual document creation, which not only saves valuable time but also guarantees maximum consistency.

New workflows

The management and automation of processes is also simplified by new workflow functions. Workflows can be defined flexibly – with manual tasks for users and automated system actions. These can be started directly from the system configuration or from the detail page of a business object. At the same time, the status and progress of all running workflows remain transparent at all times. Tasks can be specifically assigned or taken over, which shortens processing times and allows processes to be managed more efficiently.

Optimized data quality

The multi-editor enables efficient editing of several data records at the same time: characteristic values can be transferred to several business objects with just one click. A new context menu also makes editing easier by providing a quick option to empty and adjust characteristics.
