A central content hub for all channels and requirements

Swiss Post manages images, logos and pictograms for various brands in a central censhare content hub (DAM). By connecting censhare to Frontify, this process has been automated.

The entire process has not only become much leaner, but also significantly more secure: While all employees have access to Frontify (brand management solution), only specialists from marketing, communications, and market leadership work in censhare DAM. Content (media assets) is maintained, published, and archived in a central location, and even special tasks such as generating image variants and linking special image formats have been fully automated. Additionally, the company saves a lot of time and money through AI-powered keyword tagging, image description, and translation. And with the significantly more and more accurate metadata (media assets) than before, it ensures better search and findability of data in Frontify’s brand management portal.
