Geberit is gradually building an integrated content hub in order to use it as a Single Point of Truth. Content and processes are regarded as a content hub and can be individually processed and displayed. The prepared work packages are jointly defined and implemented through an agile approach. Data is managed in one place and can be distributed to different authorised areas for user-defined editing. Furthermore, editorial tasks have been implemented so that different country subsidiaries can access content and sales documents can be viewed and ordered. A consistent translation workflow guarantees the efficient creation of over 35 language variants.
Geberit manages different brands in the content hub and controls the content-relevant authorisations and processes of the respective brand.
The approach taken by Geberit ensures both a consistent quality of all communication data and increasingly complex processes. Nevertheless, a high quality of flexibility from the data suppliers (peripheral systems) and data consumers (e.g. output channels) is guaranteed.
