Control Frontify with a central content hub

As the leading system, censhare supplies the company’s output channels with content and offers efficient and innovative functions for managing and enriching all media. The Frontify Experience Hub is integrated into the Content Hub as an output channel and is automatically supplied with content and relevant metadata via an Azure solution.

Particularly important for integration was not only the integration into the company’s overarching content process, but also the utilization of AI-generated keywords and image descriptions in Frontify.

A central content hub for all channels and requirements

The company manages images, logos, and pictograms for various brands in a central censhare content hub. Frontify serves as a brand portal for employees and external partners, where many of these media are made available.

As the leading system for data delivery, we connected censhare to Frontify and were able to automate the process. Today, all content marked for publication in the Experience Hub is automatically published in Frontify and deleted from there when the marking is removed. The interface not only synchronizes images, logos, and pictograms, but also information such as ID, image orientation, year of creation, and other metadata. With the help of AI, censhare automatically creates and translates keywords and image descriptions and sets the tag for the Experience Hub based on a conformity check. All content is stored in the appropriate libraries in Frontify, and even file links for EPS and SVG files are created automatically.

The entire process has not only become much leaner, but also significantly more secure: While all employees have access to Frontify, only specialists from marketing, communications, and market leadership work in censhare. Content is maintained, published, and archived in a central location, and even specialized tasks such as generating image variants and linking special image formats have been fully automated. The company saves additional time and money through AI-powered tagging, image description, and translation. And with significantly more and more accurate metadata than before, it ensures better findability and searchability in the Brand Portal.

The automated connection between censhare and Frontify clearly demonstrates how complex content processes can be intelligently simplified. Requirements

The Post has long relied on a central content hub powered by censhare. This hub also manages the extensive image library as well as logos and pictograms in digital asset management. For internal and external access to brand content, the Post operates its experience hub based on Frontify.

An interface was to be used to supply the Experience Hub with approved images, pictograms, and logos from censhare, thereby ensuring that it remained the leading “single source of truth” system. We connected censhare to Frontify and ensured that not only media content but also image descriptions, keywords, and other media data were transferred automatically.
