Thanks to new colleagues and new customers, we have achieved the Excellent Service and Support Partner level in just over a year
Some of our colleagues have known Contentserv for many years, but the collaboration only started last spring. We have been an official Contentserv partner since 2022 and were able to win our first customer, Wilhelm Schmidlin AG, in the same year.
A lot has happened since then. We have acquired new Contentserv customers, invested further, trained our team and enriched it with Contentserv experts, not least Stephan Läderach. Stephan has already successfully managed many Contentserv projects in his previous role as Head of Systems at Stämpfli Kommunikation. And in September 2023, two more Contentserv specialists will join the team to ensure that we can cope with the ongoing growth.
When we decided to become a Contentserv partner over a year ago, we already knew that there was a good market for product experience management in Switzerland. However, the fact that we were able to achieve this growth and the highest partner level in such a short time makes us very satisfied.
