We were a sponsor of the 7th conference on digitization in the industry
On September 13, the Digitization Conference 2023 of the OST – Ostschweizer Fachhochschule (University of Applied Sciences of Eastern Switzerland) took place in Rapperswil and we were there as a sponsor and visitor. This year, the conference was organized in cooperation with the platform “Excellence in Supply Chains” and offered case studies of well-known companies that have successfully implemented digitization projects in their supply chains.
Guests from the industry enjoyed an interesting day with presentations from Loacker, Zehnder, OC Oerlikon, Galaxus and professors from OST, among others. From Offer-to-Cash to Spend Transparency to the GS1 Digital Link: It was exciting for us to see how many areas of the supply chain of these companies are impacted by the topics of product information and communication data.
In the presentation by Zehnder Group, it then also became clear that every digitization project has little chance of success without reliable data and data governance. We received interesting input, had good discussions and are already looking forward to the focus of next year’s event.
