Network meeting and open exchange of experiences between our customers and partners

We launched the aclevion Exchange format at the request of our customers for mutual networking and an honest exchange of experiences. Last year, we already held two successful events with use cases from Migros, Mobiliar, Geberit, ESA and SpanSet, among others, as well as with many of our customers and partners.

Due to the great interest, the aclevion Exchange is going into the next round: the first event took place on March 7, 2024, and we welcomed more than 50 interested guests. We are delighted that we were once again able to present exciting MarTech use cases with Mobiliar, Swiss Post, SWISSCAVE and Swiss Re.

Efficient marketing through digitalization of services

Mobiliar relies on a censhare-based marketing portal that we are continuously developing. In the presentation, Nadia Gerber, Product Owner Marketing Portal, and Erich Aregger, Digital Asset Management Specialist, showed how the new media gallery supports the work of the general agencies: Thanks to AI-based keywording, optimized search and more efficient processes. It also simplifies the management of employee photos and team pictures while ensuring compliance with current data protection guidelines.

Effective use of MarTech in Swiss Post communication

Swiss Post is also relying on a central censhare content hub and the continuous development of its solution landscape. In his presentation, Rico Löhrer, Head of Business Partner Communication of Postal Network and of Transformation Communication, gave an insight into the planning and development of Swiss Post’s MarTech stack. He not only highlighted the function of censhare in the overall communication process, but also discussed the challenges and plans that Swiss Post wants to solve in the future with the help of marketing technology.

Eggheads PIM (ATAMYA) at SWISSCAVE

SWISSCAVE develops premium wine refrigerators and humidors and sells them worldwide. In their presentation, Hanspeter Jaeger, Founder, and Walter Oberli, PIM expert, showed how a PIM system helps the Swiss SME to stand up to international competition. They gave an insight into the evaluation of the new PIM and the reasons for choosing the new SaaS PIM ATAMYA from Eggheads. Its introduction is helping SWISSCAVE to optimize and automate processes, manage product data more easily and increase product data quality.

Insight censhare today & future needs

Swiss Re has been working with censhare for more than 10 years and uses the system to produce its annual report. The presentation by Nicole Honegger, Product Owner Graphic Design, and Patrick Hagedorn, Head Media Services, showed on the one hand the development and how censhare is used at Swiss Re today. They also outlined the requirements defined for the future and the company’s plans for the further development of the marketing solution.

Optimizing planning, budgets and resources with MRM

With Marketing Resource Management (MRM), we offer our customers a new type of tool to optimize their marketing planning and budget management. In the last presentation, Mathias Wurth, Head of Marketing at aclevion, gave an insight into the functions and benefits of these systems and our portfolio of MRM solutions.

Practical and open insights into the projects of well-known companies: This is what makes the format so interesting for our guests. And in addition to the presentations themselves, the exclusively invited guests also appreciated the informal atmosphere, which particularly contributes to mutual networking across different industries and system solutions. As a result, we have already doubled the number of participants since the first event and have already started planning the next event.
