Our first full year as aclevion came to a successful end. We have experienced a lot, have every reason to be thankful and are looking forward to the new year with our customers and partners.
When we founded aclevion in 2021 in the middle of the pandemic, it was not the easiest of times for a company and a team that defines itself by the sustainable and comprehensive support of its customers. Face-to-face meetings were rare, making it somewhat difficult to stay close to customers. That’s why we’re all the more pleased that the time that followed has been marked by all the things that really matter to us, in both large and small ways.
Here are a few of our highlights, and we are already working to make sure there will be many more of them this year:
We meet (again)
We value personal exchange at eye level. And we maintain an open and respectful relationship with each other, with our customers, partners and even our competitors. In the summer of 2022, we welcomed customers and partners to an open house event, Swiss Post provided insights into its campaign planning, and in fall we were able to learn more about the role of product data for digitization at Emmi.
On January 25, we are looking forward to our first major customer meeting, with Migros, Mobiliar, Swiss Post and Geberit, among others. And we are already looking forward to the priint:day of our partner priint:group in April.
We grow with our customers
We like to go the extra mile for our customers and give everything to ensure that they take the next step with us. So, we’re particularly pleased to have added three new clients in the retail, manufacturer and agency sectors over the past year.
We are proud that our customers not only stay with us for many years, but also talk about our successes: for example, Leister about their PIM system and catalog production, Swiss Post about their campaign planning, and Migros about the print interface. We are broadening our expertise
Our many years of expertise help us understand what our customers really want. As a result, we have expanded the portfolio with Contentserv and priint:group to complement our partnership with censhare. And we have already been able to win over the first customers for these system solutions.
The demand for precise system solutions for optimal data handling of digital assets, product information and communication content continues to grow. And so, we will continue to expand our portfolio this year, always with a focus on establishing ourselves as a relevant DAM, PIM and content hub integrator. We are expanding our resources
Already in 2022, we were able to expand our team with Mathias Wurth as new Head of Marketing and Katja Wigger as reinforcement in accounting. And Marco Nägeli took over the function of Head of Sales/Key Account in the summer. On January 1, 2023, Daniel Zellhuber started as Head of Operation and Michael Kohli took over the function of Head of Project Management and Requirements Engineering. In the coming weeks, four more specialists in the areas of Business Consulting, Project Management and Requirements Engineering will join our team. And we are also continuously expanding our strong network of experts.
